Please see below some of the questions and answers we get asked most often.

Does the price include delivery and set up ?

When you have been though the booking process it will tell you how much castle will be including delivery, overnight etc, before you pay.

When will you deliver?

This is all up to you, our free delivery is from 7-30am till 12pm and pickups start at 4pm, but for a fee we will deliver to a specific time.

What's the best way to pay?

Payment is 50% on booking and the balance is payable 7 days before your booking. All this can be done online on your booking account. For larger bookingsthese can be paid by bacs before your event. OUR DRIVERS WILL NO LONGER EXCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY.

How much room do you need for delivery?

Most bouncy castles we hire will fit through a garden gate but it must be easily accessible, so please make sure the bins and other garden items are moved out of the way before we deliver. In the busy summer months we run to a tight schedule so that everyone gets to bounce at the right time, so unfortunately if we arrive and the access is not clear we may have to cancel your booking and you will loose your deposit.

Can my bouncy castle go indoors or are they only for outdoors?

Yes. Most of our bouncy castles, inflatables and games can go inside, just make sure you have enough space including the height !! For outdoor hires we can only put them on grass that is foul free and maximum 5 degree slope

Can I use my bouncy castle in the RAIN?

In short, NO! It is not safe to use inflatables if they are wet or in winds over 24 mph. Once the rain has stopped you can quickly dry the inflatable and start going again, even if it has a shower cover / sun cover.

What can we do if we have no power?

One electrical 13a socket is required for every inflatable within 30 metres. If no power is available you will need to book either a generator or petrol blower with your booking.

What are the age limits?

Our smaller bouncy castles have an age limit of 12 to 14 - for insurance reasons these limits must be adhered to. All of our adult inflatables are suitable for children and adults to use. When we have installed your inflatable we will talk you through all aspects of the item and ask you to sign a disclaimer to say you have read and understood these rules.

Are we fully covered by your insurance?

Bouncy Castle Hire Ltd have £5 Million public liability cover insurance as standard, this ensures that Bouncy Castle Hire Ltd is covered in the event of a claim for negligence or faulty equipment. This does not offer full protection against the hirer or event management should they be negligent.

Always make sure that the hire company you use holds an absolute minimum of £5 million cover, as this is the standard required by most council-owned property, MOD facilities and schools.
